Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey by the USF Office of Research & Innovation. This survey should only take 10 minutes of your time. We are asking you to identify research collaborations you have established at USF over the last five years in four areas: research publications, research proposals, patents, and research advice or consultation. Having a copy of your curriculum vitae may assist you in providing a thorough response. Before starting, please read both consent form and instructions.
Consistent with our mission to maximize success in research for USF faculty, the Office of Research & Innovation continues to look for ways to improve the quality of our research support and expand upon the services we offer you. One of the initiatives that we are currently exploring is the development of a web-based collaborative tool. Part of this process includes getting a baseline view of existing research collaborations among USF researchers. Your timely response to the survey will contribute significantly to the success of this endeavor.

After adding your collaborator’s name by clicking “add” button please click “go back to survey” button to go to the page for entering your collaborator’s name.
Step6:
Once you select your collaborator’s name, tie type, and quantity please click “add” button. After clicking “add” button you will view your collaborator’s name and quantity on viewer. Please do this step for each collaborator of yours. If you would like to delete your selection please highlight your collaborator’s name and quantity on viewer and click “delete” button.
Step7:
Once you select all your collaborators please click “finalize” button to finish survey
